1. Agreement to These Terms

By accessing or using the Promise & Paradise website at www.promiseandparadise.com (the "Website"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website. These Terms form a binding agreement between you and Promise & Paradise LLC.

2. About Promise & Paradise

Promise & Paradise is a faith-based platform offering Scripture-centered spiritual guidance for Christian women. The Website is developed and operated by Promise & Paradise LLC. The Website includes guided growth plans across 8 spiritual seasons, daily Scripture, reflections, prayer prompts, and a personal journal.

3. Website Use

The Website is available to all visitors. You may browse, read, and share content for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to copy, reproduce, or redistribute website content without our prior written permission. Your Spiritual Growth Plan and journal entries are private to your account.

4. Identity

The Website uses secure authentication through Clerk. You create an account with your email address or Google sign-in to save your Spiritual Growth Plans, access premium features, and manage your content. You are responsible for keeping your account secure. Your Spiritual Growth Plans and journal entries are associated with your account.

5. Premium Features

Certain features of the Website are available only through a paid subscription ("Premium"). An active subscription is required to access and continue using Premium features. By subscribing, you authorize Promise & Paradise LLC to charge your selected payment method according to the plan you choose.

• Subscriptions may renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled.
• You will be charged based on the plan you selected at the time of purchase, plus any applicable taxes.
• Payments are processed through Stripe, our secure payment processor.
• Prices and plan features may change with reasonable advance notice. Any change to the price of an active subscription will take effect at your next renewal.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

You can cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at hello@promiseandparadise.com. Cancelling stops future renewals. It does not refund the current billing period, and you will continue to have access to Premium features until the end of the period you have already paid for, unless a refund is required by applicable law. 7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Website, including guided growth plan content, written reflections, Scripture selections, graphics, and the Promise & Paradise name and logo, is owned by or licensed to Promise & Paradise LLC. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without express written permission. Your personal journal entries and reflections remain yours. Private sharing through your account is permitted.

8. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use the Website to:

• Post content that is harmful, harassing, abusive, or contrary to our values.
• Impersonate any person or misrepresent your identity.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Website.
• Use automated tools to scrape or collect data from the Website.
• Engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the Website.
• Use the Website for any commercial purpose without our written consent.

Promise & Paradise offers faith-based guided journey tools and content for spiritual encouragement.
